Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping and receiving.
- Minimum 3 years of experience owning master production schedules within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
- Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Must be a U.S. Person as Antcom is an ITAR-registered facility.
- Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) must be U.S. Persons per applicable regulations or otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government.

- Experience supporting new product introduction and pilot production activities.
- Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization methodologies.
- Experience working in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with manufacturing performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis capabilities.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $99000 - $145000 a year
