Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Master Scheduler to support effective production planning and scheduling operations. In this position, you will manage master production schedules, balance demand with manufacturing capacity, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time while supporting inventory and operational goals.

 

Responsibilities

As our Master Scheduler, you would be responsible for:

  • Level-loading daily production schedules, analyzing resource capacity and other constraints to optimize throughput while minimizing manufacturing cycle time, inventory, and achieving on-time delivery goals.
  • Reviewing open and incoming orders for lead time accuracy and analyzing customer requirements to prioritize production schedules and maintain on-time delivery performance.
  • Proactively identifying and reporting potential issues that could impact delivery commitments, production schedules, or product quality.
  • Leading shortage and production meetings with cross-functional teams and coordinating material expedites where required to support production schedules.
  • Balancing current and future demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities and capacities to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Working closely with the Purchasing team to ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials to support production schedules.
  • Assisting with new product introductions by coordinating pilot jobs and supporting alignment across Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for a Production Planner who reports directly to this role.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping and receiving.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience owning master production schedules within a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
  • Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as Antcom is an ITAR-registered facility.
  • Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) must be U.S. Persons per applicable regulations or otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government.

Nice-to-Have:

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certification.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction and pilot production activities.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization methodologies.
  • Experience working in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with manufacturing performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis capabilities.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $99000 - $145000 a year
