Hexagon's Mining division is looking for a highly motivated Hardware Repair Technician to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will manage administration for customer returned products, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic, microprocessor-based systems and radio communications equipment. Additionally, you will provide valuable information to the engineering team and address challenging technical product issues.
In this role, you wil repair, test and support electronic, microprocessor-based systems and radio communications equipment including, issue identification and resolution for equipment based on client mine sites and on Hexagon Mining premises.Additionally, you will address challenging technical issues with current and future products.
The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Calgary, AB.
