Support our customers and some of the biggest names in the automotive industry as they make the move towards autonomy through GNSS and related technology. Join our Specialist Customer Support team to work on cutting-edge projects alongside our talented software and integration engineers and sales and business development teams. You will consult internally on many new autonomy and positioning applications, deliver demos and provide training on our A&P products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and participate in our sales process coordinating and delivering demonstrations of by-wire autonomy products
  • Support the resolution of 3rd Tier customer support cases and other cases escalated from other support teams
  • Direct cases escalated onward to our product development group
  • Offer support and training to our sales teams to successfully demonstrate by-wire autonomy products
  • Communicate by-wire autonomy technical product updates to internal and external parties
  • Create and maintain by-wire autonomy products training material, conduct internal and external training, and offer input to customer requirements for by-wire autonomy products
  • Represent the support organisation in new product development
  • Accept new products, services and product enhancements into the support organization and develop material and train support colleagues

Qualifications

Must-Have:                      

  • Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience working with autonomous vehicles in a technical role
  • Proven problem-solving skills and be a self-motivated team player
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work well with others
  • English fluency with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel worldwide as required

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working directly with OEM customers, preferably in the delivery of support or services
  • Robot Operating System (ROS) experience, specifically in Linux
  • Direct experience with vehicle CAN bus systems and associated CAN log analysis tools
  • Ability to review and understand at a high-level basic C++ programs
  • Background experience in GNSS and INS systems installation and troubleshooting
