    Reporting to the VP of Agriculture Sales and working under the guidance of Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, leading technical discussions and growing Precision Ag sales with key accounts. If you are passionate about the agriculture industry and technology, then this is a great opportunity for you to influence innovation in Precision Ag and develop a career in technical sales.  This job is home based and can be located in Chicago IL, Atlanta GA, Calgary AB, Canada or in a city close to an international airport.

    • Assists Key Account Manager with developing account plans to meet sales targets and with forecasting and reporting
    • Liaises with the customer’s engineering group and internal engineering and marketing groups to translate technical requirements for products and technical solutions
    • Coordinates and leads technical sales demonstrations and tradeshow participation
    • Serves as the primary point of contact with the customers’ engineering and marketing departments to respond to technical requests and troubleshoot pre-sales technical issues
    • Develops and maintains industry contacts/networks and provides industry and market knowledge to internal teams



    • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Technical or Agriculture related field
    • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer support or sales role
    • First-hand experience utilizing precision agriculture systems
    • solid understanding of precision agriculture technology, products, services and competition
    • Ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical presentations
    • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Salesforce
    • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time with occasional international travel
