  • Overview

    With a focus on continuous improvement, Antcom’s Quality Specialist will provide leadership in a time of change to assist with implementation of lean manufacturing processes in a rapid growth high technology electronics manufacturing environment. Working collaboratively with our internal Engineering and Manufacturing teams, in this new role, your expertise will drive quality improvements to facilitate higher volume manufacturing.


    As our Quality Specialist you would be responsible for:

    • Conduct internal audits in support of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
    • Technical investigation of non-conformances, follow up on corrective actions
    • Generate quality metrics for the company, customers, and auditors
    • Actively assist process owners with interpreting and implementing the requirements of these standards
    • Participate or lead continuous improvement events related to Quality processes
    • Create and review quality documents
    • Support other teams in creating and owning their procedures
    • Support on site audits by third parties including customers and regulatory agencies
    • Provide Training for Operations
    • Assist with implementation of ISO 14001




    • Minimum 3 years experience in high tech manufacturing
    • 3 years’ experience working with quality standard ISO 9001
    • Proven track record of leading initiatives in a growing organization
    • Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
    • Experience conducting internal audits and writing audit reports
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical skills

    • Experience with ISO 14001
    • Lean or six sigma training or certification
    • Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience
    • Regulatory Compliance experience
    • Experience with Lean-based methodologies
