    Anctom, part of the Hexagon group of companies, has an exciting Sales Manager opportuntity for a driven sales professional with the skills to succeed with both key account management and sales management responsibilities. Utilizing your years of experience in high technology hardware sales to maintain key accounts and grow our business with new partners, you will also manage the sales function with direct reports specializing in Order Management and Inside Sales.

    Antcom's products are included in the positioning offerings of the world’s top GNSS suppliers.  Antenna developments in Aerospace and Defence, Agriculture,  Automotive and UAV markets continue to be a focus of growth for the company. To facilitate this growth, Antcom is seeking a Sales Manager – based in Torrance, California, USA  reporting to the Vice President Sales, Hexagon Positioning Intelligence Group. This role is responsible for facilitating the growth and development of some of Antcom's key strategic OEM accounts in the North American and global Antenna markets.


    • Collaborate with cross functional teams of sales, marketing, support, operations and engineering personnel
    • Provide forecasting and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
    • Provide quarterly and annual business reviews to senior management on business plan objectives, execution strategies, milestones and results
    • Develop and execute an annual business plan for key accounts focused on understanding needs, providing solutions, achieving revenue growth and exceeding customer satisfaction
    • Lead strategic account planning process, financial targets, and critical milestones for a 1 and 3 year period
    • Facilitate quarterly business reviews of the strategic plan to proactively assess, clarify, and validate needs on an ongoing basis
    • Manage solution development and implementation timelines that ensure customers’ needs and expectations are understood and met by the company



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
    • 5+ years GNSS or Aerospace and Defense experience with proven track record
    • Documented experience managing multiple accounts
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on multiple projects
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Salesforce
    • Ability to travel at least 50% with occasional international travel
