  • Overview

    Our Supply Chain team is responsible for creating and implementing world class systems, processes and initiatives for global material planning, procurement and inventory management. As an integral part of a global Operations team that is known for its best practices and commitment to continuous improvement, Antcom's Supply Chain Manager will report to the Operation Manager, Production and is responsible for providing leadership to the procurement and materials teams (4 direct reports). Utilizing your strong background with supply  chain processes and successful execution of initiatives, you will coordinate activities with external manufacturing partners to ensure material availability and quality. This hands on position will support ongoing initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement within our high technology electronics manufacturing environment.


    As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible to:

    • Coordinate activities to minimize downtime due to inventory shortage, improper planning and market fluctuations
    • Proactively manage to minimize excess and obsolete material
    • Deliver more effective global sourcing of the highest quality products at the lowest possible price while maintaining delivery flexibility
    • Lead supplier management efforts to reduce lead-times across key supplier programs through process development and negotiations
    • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans; work with internal manufacturing and local and international Electronic Manufacturing Services providers to ensure the consistent delivery of finished goods to meet customer demand
    • Enhance processes to drive performance in KPIs (NPI schedule, On-time delivery, product lead time, product quality, product cost, etc)
    • Lead a team of supply chain professionals responsible for tactical management and execution of all elements of the supply chain
    • Develop global supply partnerships




    • Bachelor's degree - ideally in Operations, Business or Engineering field
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant Supply Chain experience with at least 3-5 years at a managerial level
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a high-tech, electronics development and manufacturing environment
    • Must be a US person (i.e. US citizen or permanent resident) , as Antcom is an ITAR-registered facility 
    • Proven ability to mentor and develop employees
    • Demonstrated Continuous Improvement skills
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
    • Ability to travel to visit domestic and international suppliers

    • Comprehensive knowledge of vendor management and supply chain

    • Certified Professional in Supply Managment (CPSM) accreditation or other professional designation
    • Continuous Improvement certification - Lean
