Overview

Veripos is a provider of high precision navigation and positioning products and services to the offshore marine and gas industry.

 

We are looking for a full time permanent Administration Assistant to join our Singapore Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to General, Commercial Managers and the Project Management team where required
  • Maintaining of certificates for all staff, office Insurance and coordinate in administering training courses for the field staff where required
  • Coordinate and assist, where appropriate, in maintaining document control in server
  • All supplier/vender invoices are captured, scanned and electronic copy sent to UK accounts
  • Arrange flight bookings and hotel reservations for General, Commercial managers and Project Team
  • Coordinating the application and procurement of visas for regional travelers
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to Human Resources (UK)
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment
  • Attend to incoming telephone calls
  • Pantry replenishment
  • Report any building faults to the building administrator

Qualifications

Education:

  • Diploma or Junior College certificate in any discipline

Must-Have:                

  • MS Office knowledge (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken)

Key Success Factors:

  • Secretarial experience will be an asset

Nice-to-Have:

  • Procurement exposure will be an asset
  • Knowledge/work experience in administration/office environment
